Only bundles whose pods pull images can be applied here.

What happens

01The workspace named at the top of the bundle is found or created.
02Names are resolved into resource IDs. The bundle becomes the owner of each declared resource.
03Resources missing from this declaration are deleted. Other bundles are untouched.

Pull-only in the console

A pod that builds from a local context needs its build context uploaded first. Use nex apply -f app.yaml for that path.
